1. Information Available Through Inquiso.com Search

a) Inquiso aggregates publicly available information from databases, real estate listings, business websites, and other public sources (“Public Information”). This Public Information may be made available to users through the Inquiso.com search. Inquiso does not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy of this Public Information.

b) Personal Information, such as information that You provide to Inquiso.com or information about Your use of Inquiso.com is not part of the Public Information available to users through the Inquiso.com people search.

c) To request that Public Information about You be removed from Inquiso.com searches, please use http://www.Inquiso.com/optout. This page also contains information about sending written requests for removal. This process is only intended to remove information available through Inquiso.com and cannot remove the information from the third-party public sources.

2. Personal Information Inquiso Collects

a) You may use Inquiso.com without creating an account. Even without an account, Inquiso collects information about Your use of Inquiso.com. This may include information about any IP address used to access Inquiso.com and Your activity on Inquiso.com. Inquiso.com uses cookies, or small text files stored on Your computer, to store data about Your visits.

b) Inquiso collects information that You provide in creating an account at Inquiso.com. This may include information such as Your name, email address, or phone number and payment data.

c) Certain features of Inquiso.com permit You to enter personal information to access Your accounts with third-party websites. In some instances, this information is not stored by Inquiso. For example, You may choose to provide Your email account login credentials to import Your address book contacts into Inquiso.com. Your email account login credentials will only be used for the one-time address book import and will not be stored.

d) Other features of Inquiso.com must store Your third-party login credentials to function. For example, You may choose to provide Your third-party login credentials to syndicate private content from third-party social networks and websites. Under these circumstances, Your third-party login credentials will be stored only so long as You continue to enable private content syndication from these third-party social networks and websites. Should You terminate Your use of the syndication tool, this information will be deleted within a reasonable period of time following the termination. Your third-party login credentials are hashed and stored with the strictest security standards.

3. Use and Sharing of Personal Information

b) One of this Site’s goals is to provide tools and resources to enhance real estate knowledge, networking, dealmaking, and marketing. Thus, User-Generated Content You post on this Site can be read, collected, and used by others. (In this Policy, “User-Generated Content” or “UGC” refers to Your publicly available profile information and all content that You post using the social networking tools we make available to You. We may also use UGC You submit for advertising campaigns and other promotions. We may or may not use Your name in connection with such use, and we may or may not seek Your consent before using the content for such purposes. You should have no expectation of privacy with respect to UGC You submit on or through this Site.
c) We may provide functionality on this Site that allows You to automatically post information about the actions You take on this Site to a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook or Twitter). If You choose to take advantage of this functionality, people with access to Your profile on the third-party platform may be able to see the actions You have taken—for example, the items You have purchased. Thus, You should have no expectation of privacy in those actions. Further, if You choose to link Your profile on this Site with an account on a third-party social media platform, we may share the information in Your profile with that third-party platform.
d) Inquiso may share the information collected through this Site with other Inquiso entities. These affiliate companies are permitted to use Your information for their own marketing purposes and in a manner otherwise consistent with this Policy.
e) Inquiso reserves the right to disclose Personal Information to third parties if required to do so by law, or if Inquiso has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with legal process served on us; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; (3) act in an emergency to protect someone’s safety.
f) Inquiso reserves the right to transfer Personal Information to any successor in interest to the Inquiso business.
g) Inquiso (either directly or via its third party partners) collects anonymized session and anonymized click-tracking data regardless of a computer's Do-Not-Track signal.

4. Analytics and Advertising Services Provided by Others

We may let other companies use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies on Inquiso. These companies may collect information about how You use the Services and other websites and online services over time and across different services. The information collected may include unique device identifiers, device manufacturer and operating system, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, session start/stop time, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand Your online activity.

Inquiso does not currently respond to do-not-track signals that may be sent from Your device. 5. Children’s Privacy

a) Inquiso.com is directed to people who are at least 18 years old, and Inquiso does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are aware that Inquiso has collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 18, please alert Inquiso at Customerservice@Inquiso.com and the information will be removed from our system as soon as is reasonably possible.
